The Hierarchy of Light has three steps in the service:
- Adept or First Degree Initiate
Here you become physically Initiated in a powerful ceremony.
The result of this ceremony is that you are directly connected to the Magical Current that is the source of empowerment for a Mystery School. In addition you are connected to the contacts that work behind the current. These are the Ascended Masters of Light, Angels, and the Archangel sourcing the Ray the Mystery School is empowered by. This group of beings are collectively referred to as the Hierarchy of Light. In becoming an Initiate you are permanently affiliated with the Hierarchy on a permanent basis and you will receive more power to do the work than before. A First Degree Initiate is dedicated to "Mastering the Self!" An Adept is highly trained to master all the knowledge a Mystery School can offer. First Degree Initiates are trained to offer many kinds of services. Adepts are the workforce of a Mystery School. They are also the physical workforce of the Hierarchy of Light!
- Teacher or Second Degree Initiate
The Teacher Teaches! Here you are trained to become a Teacher in the Hierarchy of Light and you become affiliated with the Triolite Foundation and the work we do. You are introduced to teaching the mysteries, assisting in training the Adepts and taking on a higher level of work and service. The Second Degree Initiate is preparing for the Third Degree Initiation. Extensive training is offered in many areas of higher knowledge. The training offered Teachers involves a process known as "handing down" and this is how transmission of knowledge and skills from A Guide to a Teacher occurs. The Teachers teach under supervision of a Guide for a time, only until they become proficient in offering the teachings of a mystery school. They are given practice in mastering the process of Teaching others. An Initiate is graduated from Adept to Teacher when they have acquired a number of skills and basic esoteric knowledge.
- Guide or Third Degree Initiate
This is the culmination of one's development through the Mystery School curriculum and process. It takes a tremendous amount of personal effort to become a Third Degree Initiate! Here is the strength of the spirit and the power of God in its pure form manifested in the physical. A guide loves all, without exception and he/she is in 100% service all the time on all planes and in all dimensions. A Third Degree Initiate is also an Administrator, running a team of Initiates in meeting the needs of Humankind. A Guide reminds us of what we knew - but may have forgotten we knew. A Guide leads us along the path of Spiritual evolution. To qualify for Guide Initiation you must choose to serve at this level of responsibility and empowerment. One of the tasks of the Guide Initiation is to write your own Program Materials without changing the teachings in any way! The Initiation Ceremony begins the process a Guide completes a year and a day later.
Adam Kadmon - 24 Strand DNA Activation
Adam Kadmon, 24 Strand DNA Activation is the the Gift that The 7th Ray Mystery School has brought to Humankind.

The Other form of Activation is an Individual Activation protocol offered by all Initiates who have received the training to offer this service! This physical activation is performed through the Etheric Body that exists within and around our physical bodies. We call this simple ceremony and protocol 24 Strand DNA Activation. We call it this because in the Etheric structure we have 12 Strands of DNA instead of 2! Whatever exists in the physical also exists in Spirit. When the Activation transfers light from the Etheric Structures to the Spiritual side, the result is 24 Strand Activated. In time, this activation protocol transfers light to the 2 physical strands, and to the Matrix, a structure of energy and form that is Light Code from our Spirit!
Adam Kadmon Activation is available from all Adepts, Teachers, and Guides.
This empowerment ceremony is available to everyone, at any time, without pre-requisite training or Initiation. Only ONE activation per lifetime is needed. Many people benefit from a "Tune Up" in approximately 3 to 6 months. Often the Individual Activation method includes Energy Balancing, Etheric Healing, or many other healing modalities. These are modalities that support the Individual, offering healing, and removing of any limitation that might interfere with the Activation process!
Aftercare is often helpful. We have created a support remedy that we call Antimony. This remedy contains only pure, distilled water, and supports detoxification of the cellular structure.
