The Great Pyramids of Cheops in the Valley of Giza in Egypt has been a riddle to humans for centuries. How was it built, when, by whom and for what purpose? These are the most commonly asked questions and they form the essence of the mystery of the Great Pyramid. Archeology has been trying to answer these questions for hundreds of years but has only given us different ideas about the truth, or what the truth might be.

According to the Pyramidologist, Adam Rutherford, the Great Pyramid is a library of information about Earth and its people, revealed through numerology. The Metaphysician, Paul Brunton, explains how he spent a night in the Great Pyramid and was shown by Spirit Guides that the purpose of it was to initiate Adepts to Priests. Other ideas are that the pyramid is there to guide people to the truth, to be a beacon in hard times such as floods etc.; that it is a power station for becoming ever young and this is supported by the fact that the process of decay is slowed or stopped entirely in the pyramid.

Many are the ideas from scholars, scientists, and laymen. For this author, the purpose of the Great Pyramid can only be likened with such relics as "The Holy Grail", "The Ark of the Covenant", "The Holy Sword of Power ' Excalibur' " and to places like Macchu Pichu, Stonehenge and the Holy Land of Tibet. The Great Pyramid is probably all the above ideas and symbols in one, and more.

It is the most important building structure on this planet today, and will play a major role in the times to come. To the world today it is only a fantastic archeological monument and a fantasy mystery stimulator "A La Grande". For the world in the future it will be the Ark of Noah for the survivors of this planet's disasters, both spiritual and physical.

So what has the Great Pyramid to do with my topic of Initiation?

Well the Great Pyramid was once the center point of initiation on this planet and when the pyramid was abandoned by the Priests and Priestesses the initiation factor was moved to seven secret locations around the world. These have been known in the spiritual community as "The Seven Schools of Initiation".

These schools have been shrouded in secrecy for hundreds of years but are now coming of occult knowledge, and becoming available to the general public. Even though one has to show 'worthiness' for entering into these schools, this has not been a big problem for the humans in lesson who really seek this knowledge. The humans in lesson are not ignorant and unworthy as we in the west have been led to believe that we are.

So what is Initiation and what good does it do for us who get it?

For those of us who work with the Light in many different fields like Reiki, Ritual Magick, Healing Arts, Channeling, Psychic Work, Tai Chi, Crystal Healing, Palmistry, Astrology, Alchemy, Wicca, Yoga and many others, the need to be "initiated" or "validated" by authorized sources has crossed our minds. We have thought perhaps that it would make things easier, and the Light would flow better - with more clarity.

This is true and we do need this initiation for the light to flow correctly and with more power. When we get an initiation we may feel that the powers that we have been drawing upon have in some way altered and become more physical. After an initiation we do have a more physical connection with the powers of the universe, and thus we can more easily draw the powers of heaven.

Now for those who draw mainly upon the powers of Earth in such work as Wicca etc., we may feel that power has become more celestial and clearer for use, and the energy is more available to us at any time, not only on a full moon etc. In Ritual Magick the powers may be enhanced immensely, and that the four elements and the four directions give us much more feedback power than before. The whole work with Magick and Light may be enhanced greatly if one is "worthy". Now this is a phenomena that we humans don't like and after the freedom revolution of the sixties we thought, and maybe still do, that we are able to have anything that we desire and that nothing is holy and withheld from us. We may think that we do not have to abide by any rules or restrictions and that we are free to do anything that we want to do. This is not so! The serious spiritual seeker knows this.

The laws of the universe have been slowly entering the collective consciousness of humans on Earth and thus we have become more and more a part of the universal collective consciousness and we have gained more insight into the deep spiritual laws that rule the world.

For example: We do now realize that religion is not our enemy but has been taken hostage by a few greedy "men" that have given religion a bad name. Religion defines for us the true meaning of life and we, when we see it, do remember this. We get glimpses of our celestial origin, and in time, we do realize that we are indeed Gods. As such, we do not have any problems with following the universal laws, - indeed all the laws that we need to follow. This is in the nature of a God.

One can choose to ignore this and that will only cause one thing, that the individual will not partake of the fullness of the Light, and the fullness of the powers of the universe.

When a person goes into the worthiness process, what one should be thinking of is what one gets, and how much more one can serve. Many, many Light Workers are struggling with difficult worthiness issues as they begin and pursue their work, their service to mankind. Initiation is the solution to those issues!

So what, according to the universe, does it mean to be "worthy?" The tool for going through life and gaining wisdom is the "knowledge triangle." The flow of energy in the universe is based on this triangle. The triangle is based on the three points leading to enlightenment, to clarity of truth, and finally to spiritual salvation. This triangle starts with the gathering of knowledge and then goes over to understanding, and finally ends with wisdom.
